empty traysinconvenient dispenser
the breakfast area felt chaotic it seemed they underestimated how much food was needed because the trays were often empty then there was the shower it trickled water instead of a proper flow also the soap dispenser was oddly placed it was behind the faucet not very convenient at all this made simple tasks such as washing my hair a real test of patience the staff did their best but they seemed stretched thin perhaps they need more support during peak hours

the hotel is next door to aldgate east tube station. the staff were cute. i found the bed super comfortable. the mattress topper was thick and the pillows were superb.
the bathroom door was hard to shut and open.

excellent locationgood breakfastprofessional staff
the location was excellent with the underground station very close. the breakfast was good (i liked the vegan options available). the staff was professional, especially one who provided great tips to enjoy the area.
the kettle in the room didn't work properly and required some fiddling with the wire.

quiet roomplant-based choices
The hotel is near Aldgate East station. It allows quick access to the city center. The room was clean and quiet. I could rest well. The breakfast had cooked and continental options. There were also plant-based choices!!!
